This site used to provide public access to photographs and brief details about the native plants, mainly Eucalypts, planted since we moved to Warrawing in late 2016.

It’s approximately 4 acres in dja dja Warrung country, on the west slope of Mt Alexander in mid Victoria, serviced by a small, old stone house built in 1886, and made habitable again by the previous owners, Judy and Ian Foster in the 1970s and 80s. Their name for the property, Warrawing, they say means “windy place on a hill” in one indigenous language. We discovered how appropriate the name was…
